Please read these terms and conditions thoroughly before using Bentley’s Boutique Pet Accessories website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Bentley’s Boutique Pet Accessories will not use your information other than to contact you about your order OR for promotional material. You can opt out of promotional material at any time, simply by choosing unsubscribing from the email.
If any details you have entered on the website are incorrect, please contact us via email at (insert email address) to update us with the correct details.
PRIVACY POLICY
All information provided to Bentley’s Boutique Pet Accessories is confidential. All your personal details will not be used in an unauthorised manner. They will never be provided to outside parties other than Australia Post or a courier for the delivery of your goods.
PRICE
All prices on the website include GST (Goods and Services Tax). We reserve the right to change these prices at any time, however, once you place your order – that price is fixed.
Although Bentley’s Boutique Pet Accessories does not accept responsibility for incorrect orders, if you make an error once the order has been placed, please contact us immediately so we can assist with finding a resolution.
DISCOUNT CODES
If a discount code is listed as a one-time per-customer use code, we reserve the right to remove the code from the customer’s order if it is clear the customer has already used this code previously. A ‘customer’ constitutes the same Name & Address.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE
We understand that there may come a time when you need to return a purchase and we want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you.
If you have changed your mind about your purchase or purchased the incorrect size or item, we will be pleased to offer you a refund/Exchange provided that:
1. The item(s) is not marked FINAL SALE (these items are non-returnable – no exceptions)
2. You return the item(s) within 14 days of your order being delivered (our returns policy is valid for 14 days from the date your order was delivered as per the shipment tracking – after this time has passed we are unable to accept returns)
3. Your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it (We recommend that you carefully try new items on indoors, just in case you need to return them)
4. If you purchased an item as part of a bundle (e.g. buy a harness and get a leash-free etc..) the entire bundle must be returned
5. You, the purchaser, pays for the shipping for the returned items.
6. For all return/exchange requests, email us at (Insert email address with your order number, date of purchase and tracking number). Refunds will not be processed until goods are returned and inspected to ensure they meet return criteria.
FAULTY ITEMS/WARRANTY
If any items you receive are faulty or damaged, please email (insert email address) within 5 days of receipt of the item to notify us. Please be sure to include your order number, best contact details, details of the fault/damage and if possible a photo of the fault/damage. We will provide details to return of items at our expense.
Please ensure that you inspect all items for wear prior to use.
Our warranty/guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear. Any claims after 60 days may not be valid, as the damage may be considered normal wear and tear.
We are unable to take responsibility for any injury or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products.
SHIPPING & RETURN
All delivery timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch and serve as an estimate only.
Orders are dispatched within two (2) business days unless stated otherwise. Please see below the estimated delivery timeframes for Standard Shipping per State:
NSW & ACT: 2-5 business days.
QLD &VIC 3-5 business days.
SA: 4-6 business days.
TAS: 5-6 business days.
NT: 7-10 business days.
WA: 7-11 business days.
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. If you haven’t received this, please check your junk mail. If you need to contact us about the whereabouts of your order, please email (insert email address)
We currently only ship within Australia.
We are not able to ship to PO Boxes.
